Oil Furnace/ Boiler Plan

Oil Tank Protection Plan

We will treat your oil tank with corrosion inhibitors to help prevent internal corrosion. If your oil tank should leak within the covered period you will receive a $400 credit towards the installation of a new tank.

Gas or Oil Fired Water Heater Plan

Plumbing Plan

Visually inspect all accessible plumbing
Test and visually inspect all toilets, faucets, stops & supply tubes, outside faucets and garbage disposal
Test and visually inspect all water and drain piping serving all appliances
Test & tag emergency shutoff valves
Check water heater for proper operation & adjust if needed

The Planned Maintenance Agreement covers one inspection per year per piece of equipment and will include a system tune-up as outlined in this contract. The contract will become effective when payment is received and inspection has been scheduled if warranted.

Terms and Conditions

A-D Archambault Plumbing & Heating, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and approve all heating, cooling and/or plumbing systems and any related equipment prior to issuing a contract. Improperly installed equipment not meeting state and local codes cannot be covered. This plan covers only residential or light commercial equipment up to 135,000 BTU’s or 5-ton capacity.

Terms of The Planned Maintenance Program are for a period of 12 months from the date of payment and will renew automatically each successive year unless either party gives 30 days written notice prior to renewal date.

A-D Archambault Plumbing & Heating, Inc. will not accept liability for: a) any work performed on covered equipment by any other than our own technicians or others authorized by us. b) any direct or indirect injury, damage or resulting failure of the oil burner, compressor, associated equipment or dwelling due to an act of God, unavoidable delays, fire, abuse, neglect, or any cause beyond our control. This plan does not cover, and we are not responsible for any damage, including environmental damage, arising out of leakage or spillage from any oil lines, oil tanks or any other part of your system.
